Assetto Corsa CPU occupancy 99% warning

OK wast sure where to put this as not sute if its hardware or software , so I'm putting it here , while playing Assetto Corsa about 30 minutes ago I was getting ( while in game on single player ) " CPU Occupantcy 99% " and I have no idea what it means or why it's just started today out of the blue , my PC specs are as below and the wheel I'm using is a Thrustmaster t300, anyone have any ideas at all please ?
