i think the physics in pcars still feel odd to me, and kunuses previous, and current games have all had really really good physics.

if anyone works out how to map a PS2 pad, please let me know.....

AC detects my pad, and even shows when i press buttons but can't assign different buttons.......eg X button - Accelerate or right stick fwd - accelerate

Iplay with a 360 pad, but I'm very very rusty. Last driving game I spent lots of time on was Gran Turismo 2, lol

I got it from 'gamekeys4all' listed for £18.xx but its worked in $'s and PayPal exchange rate bumps it up a little.

Regarding the cheap keys, I've posted in the AC forums to see what the developers have to say about buying early access keys from key resellers.

Official word from the developers is those cheap keys are probably bought from a region outside if the EU and resold. Which is what I would've expected them to be.

Whether or not the keys are region free and will stay in your account is the chance you take.

just been on there site on live chat and they confirmed it is a legit EU key......screen grabbed the chat to just in case

Well if the developers say that there's not a lot they nor Steam can do then that's that.

Even though the resellers have stated they are EU keys, I still think there's an element of risk in buying from them. I think for the sake of £11 I'll buy from Steam if I buy at all. Too many games and not enough time. Haven't touched iRacing or pCARS for a couple of months now.

hows the gameplay on this? having read about it it seems like it could be the racing sim to replace Gran Turismo(fingers crossed) WIll probs be grabbing it come payday but anyone who has the early release already, how is it?

Gran Turismo is sim come arcade game AC is a sim like iracing.

I like it a lot and have not touched iracing since I got AC but if your looking for something more arcade you may not like it much.
