Yeah it is, and that boy IIja xfab4 has done an amazing job with the rain app i was impressed.

i tried to get the traffic for about a half hour then gave up, is there a separate download for the traffic? i downloaded the track extra "shibaura pa traffic" and drove on that. i also have the "SRP car pack" installed but think that just gave me a few more cars to pick from as when i loaded up there was no traffic. Till i made it a track day.

How do you go about setting up a career I've downloaded the btcc2019 career, updated all the cars,tracks,skins etc and installed but do I not need any folders installed into the career folder in the main directory

Sorted I had to add a file to my user/documents/assetto corsa

can anyone help me out, looking for the BTCC HUD skin I've seen it in a few you tube videos but cant seem to find it anywhere. it has all the official names, times, leaderboards etc

AC not ACC, don’t get them mixed up.

AC is modable, ACC isn’t and is pretty much GT3 only.

Graphics in some of these modded screenshots are unreal! I want more hours in a day so I can find some time to start playing Assetto Corsa again! Freeroam tracks, pretty graphics and cool cars. Perfection!

I'm still an absolute noob when it comes to AC, but messed around with my G29 FFB settings (guide), and it's way way better to drive than default.

Saw the most recent GPLaps video in the Porsche 904 and realised I had that installed, so had been giving that a blast round Highlands.

Installed High Force and have to say, it's lovely to drive around. Headphones on, music playing, beer to the side and Sol's Mist weather setting. :cool:

Perfect Sunday drive setting.

Doubt anyone will have cared about this issue before, but I put on a fresh windows install today and thought I'd maybe play vanilla AC to try some of the lap achievements.
Drive was wiped and I didn't copy anything from my old Steam folder. Achievements just don't work though.

I've usually had mods and I guess that stops you getting them, just to avoid cheating, but this install has zero mods, only store bought DLC.
I've not got the 300kph one, so this is what I'd been using to test.
Anyone know why this might happen?

Anyone tried the Pure mod ? Better than Sol ?

Pure and SOL are made by the same guy. Pure is installed on top of SOL and is more of an improvement than a this vs that.
To answer your question, yes, it's better

Ah ok, i was a little confused because the pure install guide pdf mentions nothing about installing Sol beforehand

This is on Steam sale for 3 quid, if its moddable and still played has to be worth having for a try at this point. 6 quid for all dlc included I think
