Whilst looking for images of a British Bulldog on Google image search I came across this beastie and thought I'd share... I'd never heard of it before, and it certainly bears no resemblence with any other Aston that I know of...

That's pretty cool, very dated though:p

Not at the time. Proposed at a time of cortinas and early sierras it was rather outstanding, as were the performance ideas. Twin turbos on such a car were pretty rare, the only other key potential competitor being the Vector W2 and the after market conversions like the Koenig Ferraris.

Yeah I didn't mean for the time, I guess it's like the lagonda wedge. That looked amazing when it was first released but looks incredibly dated nowadays. Some designs last the tests of time, others become dated very quickly.

I remember about 25 - 30 years ago, going to the Beaulieu motor museum with my parents and grandparents and seeing that car. if i remeber correctly it amazed me as it had 100's of buttons and switches on the door panels. Amazing for it's time. Always stayed in my head that, strange how somethings just stay in your head.

Mind you, now looking at it, it was perhaps not that car but perhaps a older Lagonda ?

I saw a lagonda last night in worthing. I almost crashed watching it :D I have never seen one on the road beforem its presence was amazing. Shame it will probably only get 2 miles in to town before breaking down.
