The coupé is called the DB-One, and is the work of independent Spanish stylist Ruben Vela. It shows how the firm's new owners could evolve the current line-up - and Aston fans will be pleased to see several of the British brand's trademark styling cues on the sleek two-door.

Ive got to say I love the look apart from the glass roof, what is it with glass roofs and concept cars, it looks awefull.

Nasty, just not as classy as an ASTON( ) Martin should look...more like a TVR or some kind of kit car look. Thank god its a concept! lets hope it gets a few changes before they start building them!

That is certainly not what an Aston is all about, they are about grace, quiet styling, prestige, sophistication. That abomination doesn't have any of those qualities, it just carries a Max Power look

well looks like, if this is a hint of the direction the new owners wish to take, that the aston martin brand is going under a remoulding for a vastly different market than the previous generations of AM...which is a shame, AM should be AM, not "just another car firm"


although seeing as it looks like it still holds similar design patters to the db7/9 that after concept stage it may just look the same...which is not a bad thing

What a **** 3D model combined with **** renders and **** design.

I could do better than that with my limited scope of 3D modelling.

If Aston are employing independent 4 month old foreign designers then bye bye Aston
