astra wiring help

Hi everyone had a quick glance at google for help but figured I'd post in here to . I drive a 2001 w reg astra and I'm trying to install a bassbox .the problem I'm having is running the main power line that I need to attach to car battery through into the engine compartment there doesn't appear to be a holen either passenger or driver side , anyone got any ideas ?

LMFAO at that install linked.

There has to be a grommet in the bulkhead where the engine wiring loom enters the car, That would be your best bet.

I gave up after much hunting on my Golf and instead found a way into the passenger dor hinge recess from the engine bay, and threaded it under the door seal. Only time you can see it is when the door's open.

Ah, i didn't see how he fed it through, but yes there is a separate rubber grommet to the left of the brake servo, which you remove and feed the amp wire through, the same one i use to wire up the cruise control.
