Astraweb problems?

Anyone having problems with Astraweb right now?

It was downloading at just 10kB/sec a minute ago and now it's stopped working completely. The website is also barely loading at all.
 
I don't know what is wrong with mine today, it keeps timing out and the speed is ranging from 0 to 12 kB/sec. :(
I've tried reconnecting the internet, restarting the PC, changed usenet client to no avail. I'm guessing that leaves either my ISP or a problem with Astraweb.
 
No issues here. No-one is sharing your account are they? I've had speed limited before when I have switched between my 2 internet connections (making it look like 2 people using 1 account)

It's still all over the place. I've tried rebooting the router completely, changed usenet clients, restarted PC, disabled firewalls and AVs, etc.

It's going from 0 - 10 kB/sec all the time.

Any idea how I can diagnose the problem?

Yeah, there are no reported problems with my ISP.
I just did a tracert to the EU server. I don't really understand it but maybe one of you guys can spot a problem, is this normal?

Pages on the Astraweb website are taking 15 seconds + to load...

It seems to run that tracert OK.

I'm starting to think it is either my ISP (Plusnet) or my router. My ISP does throttle Usenet until 12am but it should be capped to 50 kB/sec and it wouldn't explain why it's timing out.

I just tried running a speedtest on Giganews here; http://www.giganews.com/performance.html and it's downloading at 0 - 13 kB/sec, exactly the same speed as Astraweb, so I think that rules out a problem with Astraweb.
The Giganews website is also running extremely slow.
 
I only signed up with Astraweb at the weekend, but it hasn't dropped below 6mbit for what I needed to download.
 
I'm pretty sure it was my ISP afterall. I posted on my ISP's forum and someone else said the giganews and astraweb websites were loading very slowly. As soon as it hit mid-night (when the throttling ends) speeds went right back up to 830 kB/sec and the webpages load instantly.
 
I must admit my Astraweb speeds are mostly below 1mb a sec no matter what time of day. I was getting practically full speeds until a few days ago. At this moment im getting 789KB/s as my top speed. Im on 20mb O2.

Rapidshare is fine........:confused:
