Astraweb support login.

Hi,

I have just signed up with Astraweb (thanks for the special offer links guys) but cannot stay logged in to the support pages (need to get the SSL server and port details).

I can login but as soon as I do a search I am logged out again.

I have tried with IE and Firefox with the same results.

I seem to recall having the same issue with TSOHost and they provided an alternative link.

Any suggestions (a support ticket has been raised with them).

Also, any recommendations of NZB index sites (if not outside of what is allowed to be talked about here). The ones I have found seem to be very basic to say the least.

I login here http://www.news.astraweb.com/members_v2.cgi and as soon as i do so i am presented with the server details etc.

I do not know why yours would be any different?

I tend to use binsearch etc for finding what i want, although most people seem to be aware of that one anyways.

I go to the support link on the main page which takes me to http://helpdesk.astraweb.com/

Oh I see, logging in to the support area does not mark you as logged in as a member . Oh well . Just realised as well that I can login from work and get the server details .

I will give your link a go as well when I get home tonight.

I tried nzbindex.nl and it was ok but something with a tree view would have been better.

Found this which lists a few more.
