The V2 layout wise appears exactly the same as the reference design, but I'll have a look properly later. (I have an Asus V2 and a POV Reference).

I'm not taking the cooler off atm.
Did have an EK block fitted to my older card (reference), and looking closely now, they are identical on the back, as well as the screw layout.

Like to know myself as im expecting the same card tomorrow, would love to know whats different with the v2 on abother note how loud quiet is the cooler?

Cooler is exactly the same as reference. I'll have naked pics of the V2 up in a min. For the reference design, look at TechPowerUp!'s review of the 470. They've got better images than I'd be able to take.
