Worthing
So I've had this card for a good while now and just recently, whenever I play anything, the pc would shut down in under 5 mins of gaming.

Ive tested ATITool from cold boot and the card is reaching over 100C and soon after shutting itself down.

I have no idea why the hell it has started doing this all of a sudden, the temps used to max out at around 80C at load, but now theyre causing problems

I tried setting the manual fan speed in the CCC but it aint working, the fan doesnt spin up any faster that what it starts at.

Any ideas?

Is the fan at 100%?

Check if the heatsink has dislodged a little and get rid of all the dust...

If that makes no difference then I guess your options are to buy an aftermarket cooler, or return it if it's still under warranty.

Regardless, it doesnt spin up to 100% :/ might stick the water block back on it, cant be arsed spending another 30/40 quid just to make it work correctly

thanks for the help anyway :)
