Asus 5770 Crossfire - Different clock speeds? Help!

Below is a screenshot I've just taken of MSi Afterburner.

If you see the chart, the two cards are both running different 2d clock speeds! This isn't normal surely?

Is there any way to rectify this? :confused:

I don't have personal experience of crossfire and could be wrong, but doesn't one card throttle right down to save power when in 2d mode?

I heard this to, something to do with ATi powerplay, not quite sure what goes on there :o
