Wondering why on ntune it shows the mem clock as 792? should it be like 1600 or something?

running latest vista 32bit drivers from the nvidia site

You 'X' it by 2 as its Double Data Rate (DDR), 792 is right.

oh by the way... i downloaded the froggy demo off the nvidia site.. is my gfx card supposed to lag that much??

Not sure, never tried the froggy demo, it probably does lag as i tried the lass demo (forgot her name now) and that lagged on mine a bit.
