ASUS A8N-E BIOS SETTINGS

Can anyone please point me in the right direction for stable bios settings for an A8N-E mobo ? ( x1800xt, 3500 a64, 2gig geil value)
What do you peeps think of changing mobos without a format and re - install of windows. Is it possible to do it without stability issues ?
