A mate of mine (who is having issues registering on the forums) has recently upgraded his processor to an X2 4400. Since doing this he is having issues with his USB ports with only his keyboard/mouse and his ADSL modem installing properly. When he trys to install his joystick or any other USB devices (Mem sticks etc) XP has a little fit and reports them as unknown devices.
Any ideas?? AFAIK he's updated his BIOS to 1013 to utilise the X2 but I'm unsure as to what chipset drivers he's tried/needs.
Any ideas as to where I should look. Seeing as i've used Intel for my past two sytems I'm not used to the Nforce chipsets and what drivers they need.
