asus a8n premium and fast write in bios if there is

im playing quake 4 and its jerky ive been told to turn of fast write in the bios to see if it fixes the problem, but i cant find anything saying fast write is there a option to do this in the bios?

Fast Writes is only on AGP cards so you won't have the option.

thats not good ive tried everything specs is good enough as you can tell all new drivers any suggestions.

you can see the graphics moving when you are moving slowly,also in the opening scene where the soldier and its body parts are moving in space, as he is floating its a bit jerky as he floats through space
