Asus A8N-SLI CPU mounting broken

On mine theres the motherboard then a metal plate underneath and the black plastic mounting on top that screws into the metal plate(2 screws). The place where the one screws goes into the metal plate has broken off. So at the moment there is no way to mount the CPU cooler onto the motherboard, I was wondering if there is any way of getting a new plate i.e. contacting Asus or some other company that does them

Search that big auction site for AMD Retention Module. Can't link for obvious reasons

Alternatively, you can buy a CPU cooler with its own, e.g. Noctua NH-U12F :cool:

Had the same problem the other day with an intel board ended up buying a new cooler other than that go to the place the other geezer said
