Asus A8N-SLI Premium, Raid 0 question

Am I right in thinking that to use raid on the nforce chipset I need to copy the contents of the legacy folder of the nforce drivers (once extracted) (C:\NVIDIA\nForceWin2KXP\6.86\IDE\WinXP\legacy)to a floppy for use during install?

SATA.
But it says if your mb supports ata raid u need to use the legacy folder.
I just wanna be sure so wanna know what other people have done?
