asus ai suite

i have read on here somewhere not to use the AI tool from asus to overclock if you have overclocked via the bois and vise versa, but is it ok to install the AI suite and use the other parts of the software with it ? like the fan controller ?
i need a prog ( not speedfan ) were i am able to contriol my cpu fan AI suite does this but like i mentioned above, ive read not to use if you clocked via bois.

any help is very much appreciated

Ai suite will be fine if you just want to sort out your fan profiles, definitely not a tool to use for overclocking, bios all the way

as above, i have removed ai as i OC my rig. but it is good for normal use ie fans only.

cool, so all the stuff ive done with the bois wont be effected when i install it and just use the fan tool

Yep your bios settings will be fine, just use the settings to tune your cpu/case fans, imho its the only useful part of the program

ive just set the cpu fan to run at 100% all the time
makes no odds as is silent so i may as well having running 100% to give max cooling

I used it to fine tune my previous 1500 rpm pwm fans on a TRUE, very handy

, then switched to 2000 rpm fans on my cooler which were 3 pin which it wouldnt control (some strange asus issue) ended up buying an akasa junior fan controller to help save my hearing
