ASUS Anti-Surge detected an unstable power supply error msg.

Hello, I have been getting this error msg after crashing during gaming. ASUS Anti-Surge detected an unstable power supply.
Signs of the PSU giving up the ghost? Its an old ocz 850w job.
The crash happen after 20 mins of gaming. the 3.3v rail is only showing 3.0.

Yes, a friend of mine had something similar. The machine would crash when the GPU was under any load and then display this error, replacing the power supply solved the issue.
