Asus Apex IX width?

Asus says E-ATX but motherboard manufactures use E-ATX when it is bigger than ATX (look at Gigabytes latest range).

I would really like to fit this motherboard in a Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ATX and it supports E-ATX if the width is no more than 264mm.
 
Hahaha, I feel guilly for not abusing mine. Although I think a pot would fit in my case considering the size of it! :D

Case is personal, Google's your best friend there.
