Asus AT5IONT-I + TBS 6981 combo?

hi folks,

im about to embark on building a quiet HTPC (SFF) - has anyone got experience of using the TBS 6981 in the Asus AT5IONT-I ?

i've been reading there have been some PCIe problems with the motherboard recognising some cards and wondered if anyone can say either way what the outcome of this pairing is.

Why not go the AMD fusion route. Ion is quite old now isn't it? Asus do a passively cooled one too with all the latest features. Though my ASRock E350 is extremely quiet.
