Asus Aura Software buggy

Has anyone ever had this problem with Asus Aura program? When i first installed it, it was working fine, but now every time i try to run it an error pops up saying "Aura Service is currently unavailable", although it's installed.

Motherboard is the Asus Z390-f with the latest bios installed.

I also thought it could be incompatibility with the Cooler master RGB controller that I have for my fans, tried uninstalling the program and Aura didn't work as well.

Any help would be appreciated.

It might be installed, but is it running. Have you tried restating it?

On a side note, with Aura Sync once you have the software loaded do you need to keep it running (service aside)?

I've tried restarting it several times, uninstalling it, tried different versions, no dice.

Saw a article online saying that i should unblock (?) certain files prior installation by checking the files properties, but no unblock button shows up.

Will try this video tutorial that i saw, if it doesn't work, i'll just install the control box to the alchemy strips i got and that will be it lol
