Asus B560M-Plus not picking up Fractal Torrent fan hub

I've just recased my PC in a Fractal Torrent. It's very nice but I do have one small problem: I can't monitor the fans attached to the fan hub. They don't show up in the BIOS and they don't show up in any tool under Windows. I know something is happening because if I disconnect the header that goes from the motherboard to the hub the fans switch to full speed.

Any ideas?

Naturally, the answer occurred to me almost immediately: the hub uses the sensor from only one socket. A quick replug and all is now well. I must have not seated the connector properly.
