Asus "Back to schoo" problems

I'm trying to claim my cashback and everything is going fine until it comes to entering my bank details (IBAN + BIC), which when I've entered them I get an error "please enter a valid IBAN". (My IBAN is, of course, correct and valid). I've e-mailed Asus product support today but have year to hear back on this topic.

Is anyone else having the same problem with the Asus "back to school" promotion?
 
Just to confirm, you've not just entered your standard bank account info have you?

It needs to be in the international format.

I completed one of these forms just the other day and it went through fine, though I'm still waiting for the promised email :rolleyes:
