Sure this will work for anyone, its a way of testing stability without going to extremes and theres a nice little video at the end of shamano overclocking with LN2 (which made me jump first time
)
anyway have a go and post your results, i would like you to include a shot of cpu-z for your memory settings and your core speed. For others to compare and get in your pic of your temp monitoring app. and state water or air.
