no there should either be a button to hold down or a jumper on the board to move to a different possition, this will clear the cmos

That's not a CMOS reset button AFAIK, it's just a normal reset button, like the 1 on the front of the case to restart the PC when it for example locks up.

Do you have the motherboard manual? It should tell you in there where the CMOS reset jumper is.

Well i just want stability as when i upgraded mine to modded one i noticed i can lower my vCore a notch or two so it's important for me
