Asus cashback promotion

I bought a qualifying b450 board and Ryzen 5 2600 because there was 35gbp cashback on offer, I filled out the relevant details attached an invoice then waited, the email stated 20 business days before it would be processed, however this was back on October 14th, they haven't replied to my follow up email either.

Surely it's illegal to offer an incentive to buy your products then never deliver that incentive?

ASUS have a history for making false claims about product features, it’s hardly a stretch to imagine that they are going to be less than amazing at a cash back scheme. Read the T&C’s, ensure you did everything in the correct timescale and contact whoever is dealing with the promotion (ASUS or it’s nominated agent).
