anyone tell me where i can download ASUS cool and quiet for my M3A79T - DELUXE mobo for Windows 7, please?

You can get the software here (which im guessing is what you mean, as you can activate Cool and Quiet in the BIOS) :- http://asus.com/product.aspx?P_ID=ufZUFHN96LlrLL9J&content=download

There isn't one for Win 7 though, but the Vista 64bit one might work.
