Asus Crosshair IV Formula 890FX Bios update?

Hey guys, had my motherboard for around a year now and im having some bios problems, keeps forgetting my OC profiles or losing them on restart, also keeps forgetting boot order and my OC's aren't as stable as they were, I have changed the cmos battery to rule that out and it's still a bit iffy.
Not a major problem but I duno whether it's worth a bios flash, I'm currently on 1304, anyone happen to know the most up to date/stable bios flash available?

Switch off oc and go back to normal as default then redownload latest bios from asus then use asus suite software which seem easy to update, firstly download latest bios then zip the the file into new folder then open asus suite software then select bios update then open file where u save the file then flash the bios, juat wait until it finish then reboot and press del to enter bios page as you need to adjust setting again before u oc setting again, i own crosshair v and already updated lateat bios seem great run..

The latest bios is 3027 and like Braveheart says use the asus suite software to update bios from windows it's easy.

Also, make sure update from within the BIOS, do not use the Windows application.

Yes thanks mate Now to play with overclocking it again, lost all my profiles and forgot my voltages, unless anyone has a stablish 3.8+ OC for a 1055T handy?
