Hey, I bought a PC from OCUK prebuilt oc palm gadgets was installed and run at start up is it safe to disable them as i never use them?

Gadgets running are
Yahoo Widget - already disabled
ASUS Hardware Monitor
TurboV - no idea?

do you think there safe to disable on my pc?
