Asus DSL-AC68U Lan4 not working

Having an issue with my DSL-AC68U.

Lan4 is just not working. No LED not nothing.

I've checked the obvious IPTV/Dual WAN etc but still nothing.

Any other ideas before I reset the router and have to go through the whole setup again.... If it is a setup option somewhere I can't just use a restore as it will put the setting back again !

I have telnet access to the router so if you need any logs/iptables/ifconfig outputs just ask.

If you can backup/restore the configuration then do it.

The port could really be dead and a factory reset is going to be the quickest way to check. Once you've confirmed the port is viable you can start checking through the configuration in detail.
