Hi guys
I'm having problems with my ASUS EAH4770 Forumula card.
Yesterday I replaced the cpu in my PC (a brand new ATHLON II X4 630). I also updated the mobo's bios to the latest version and the problems began...I did a clean installation of Win XP and when I tried to install video drivers my computer crashed with BSOD. I tried different drivers on a few consecutive occasions and it would always result in a crash. Finally, I managed to install some older drivers but the computer would crash anyway (while using flash-intensive web page for example or watching dvd or playing a computer game).
I removed the vga, enabled the onboard HD3200 and everything runs fine...just cannot play games anymore
What's wrong? Anyone has any similar experiences? I would appreciate some help.
My specs: ATHLON II X4 630, ASUS M3A78 Pro mobo, ASUS EAH4770 Formula (512MB), 3072GB RAM (Corsair XMS6400 DDR2), 680W HIPER PSU, Zalman MS1000-HS2 case with 5 coolers
