It looks nice but like you say 2StepSteve I hope its not too pricey, the current one has never shifted really from £430 this one looks like it has the possibility to be dearer.

I'm pretty confident that ASUS know that pricing this just right is critical to its success.

Guessing it will be £430 or cheaper.

Motorola already made the mistake of pricing their base model Xoom above the iPad 2, I doubt ASUS would follow them.

Someone from Asus has already said it'll be $499. But we don't know what spec level that is referring to. The base iPad2 price is $499.

So now they are saying that ICS will come preloaded on the Transformer 2? Asus are being pretty murky, to the point where it is becoming annoying.

Android 4.0 will also come preloaded on the new Transformer 2 tablet device, which ASUS recently showcased featuring a new Tegra 3 quad-core NVIDIA processor and carrying 32GB of flash storage. The Transformer 2 is expected to retail at approximately £537.

£537?! No idea where they have got that figure from. If that true that price will put a lot of people off, me included.

Asus will be having a launch-do very soon - wait till then for confirmation of all the details.

Everything now are just rumours/speculation.

That price if remotely true would be for the 32Gb and the keyboard dock I would guess

A 1.4Ghz tegra 3 Quad should be able to beat a Core 2 Duo @ 2.0Ghz
