Asus Eee PC 1000 XP with SSD

I appologies if this has already been posted, but I can't see an answer.

Is there a reason why the Asus Eee PC 1000 linux have SSD hard drives and the XP have SATA drives.


It would be nice to see the XP version with SSD.

To put it simply, COST

SSD are expensive to make and normal SATA HD's are far cheaper, corners somewhere have to be cut to pay for the Windows Licence :)
