Asus EeePC 900 - Driver problems

Hi, I have an Asus EeePC900 which came with Linux pre-installed. I installed XP-Lite and now I'm strugling to get connected to the internet via either wifi or LAN - I think it could be the drivers!

Anyone else had this problem or know of a fix?

Have you tried the drivers from Asus?

support.asus.com and select Eee family, Eee PC, Eee PC 900 then select WinXP as your OS and you'll see LAN and WLAN drivers.

Tried those but can't seem to get any joy from them. I remember when I first had it I installed all the drivers from a CD which came with it and it worked fine - can't find that bloody CD now though!!!

I have found an Asus Forum site where they have the drivers from the CD for download so I will give those a go and report back - for anyone interested the link is here:-

Yep that's a good resource. I'm on a 1000H and I don't think the devices are the same.

Ok, got another problem now - whenever I reboot it the display reverts back from 1024x600 to 800x600 - I remeber I had this problem before and found a fix but I can't remember what it was!!!
