asus express gate problem

hi all i have been using express gate since ive had this mobo and its worked fine untill today.
i have installed a new optical drive and a new HDD today rebooted and checked bios and nothing in bios has changed and express gate is enabled, i have reinstalled express gate and still when i boot up it says express gate isnt on my system has anybody else had problems with this.

no all i have done is added a new HDD and im still using my orginal HDD as my OS, dont understand why its not working all my drives are being detecting in bios fine.
i have unistalled express gate and reinstalled still no good?

i have made sure the boot sequence is the OS drive booting 1st which is my orginal drive that ive always used and the new HDD is installed but hasnt been used whatsoever
