Hi Guys,

I wish i had left this alone, but basically i have been into my bios and changed the ram from 2133 to something stupid like 3500 ? ...

Computer just constantly keeps trying to restart and failing to boot properly, it will go to windows and load up occasionally ?

I think i may have corrupted the bios?
I have tried a blind flash via a 16GB USB Disk - no good !
Removed all RAM and inserted only 1 stick - the same.

I just cannot get access to the bios itself, it physically won't let me, just says press F1 to enter bios, when i do it crashes or defaults back to the OS.
I have also tried to clear the CMOS with the button on the rear of the motherboard, but it's still the same !

Any ideas ? :(

Is there a cmos reset jumper you can use instead of the button.

Other thing you could try is removing the battery for a short while.

Was it just the speed you changed? If its auto volted it may have zapped it with to many volts
