Looking at this as a reasonable price for a 1060 laptop when they come in stock.

Is 3gb enough for the 1060 for fps and racing games, would like to run in ultra settings?

would the i7 or i5 version be better for gaming?

is it better to look for a 4k screen for the 1060?

Hi which games are you planning to play for FPS and racing? Games like COD, CSGO will all work fine on a 3gb 1060. Project cars, Dirt games and Forza should all run okay. Forza you might struggle more on in Ultra but should be able to run okay. i5 is perfectly capable for gaming. I wouldn't go 4K with a 3gb 1060, plus I doubt any laptops will provide that.
