ASUS GL702ZC battery

Hi all just a quick question I went and bought a ASUS GL702ZC around 3 weeks ago the ryzen 1700 version, I just checked my info through HWINFO64 and it is stating that my battery has 20.9% wear already is this normal for the battery after 3 weeks.

Sounds like a used battery? Is this from the Rainforest?

nah its from a reputable online store contacted asus and they said to run battery to 10% then charge it full again, the only thing is I cant see that working. Some other forums are stating that they haven't been configured properly but I haven't heard of that before
