ASUS HD 7950 TOP - Can this be Water Cooled?

Hi all

If this can't be done then I will probably go for a CPU water cooler, but if there is stuff out there to water cool my ASUS HD 7950 TOP I will probably go for that.

Any help would be appreciated.
