Is it overclocked at all?

If not it could be caused by something else in your system other than your graphics card. I had this problem with my 4870 last year and it turned out to be a faulty stick of memory.

Any chance you being able to test it in another machine? That way you can be sure its the graphics card before you send to overclockers

No its at stock speeds.

I have tried removing individual sticks of memory

Unfortunately ive not got access to another machine.

My old GTX 260 black edition was still running without issues.

Upgrades supposed to be an enjoyable experiance isnt it :(

Quick update.

Well i returned it to ocuk, they recieved it yesterday.
just had an email to confirm it was faulty and a relacement has been sent today.

Pretty good sevice i think.

Fingers crossed with this one.

Well, its your money, if I were you I would be dropping them a line on the customer forum in here, that is how I did it and got my £3, £4 back. Every little counts :)
