asus hero 2 annoying problems

Hey guys,

I've just upgraded my rig and I have:
asus maximus VI hero
cpu 4770k i7
8gb ram
gtx titan
cpu cooler nh-u12s

I keep getting this clock when I start the valley benchmark or play games :mad:

Anyone know how to turn it off please?

I also get an error message at the start of the boot up screen saying cpu fan error?? Anyone know how to solve this? :confused:

not sure on the clock no idea what it is

for the fans look in the bios under qfan and set to manual and raise the temp for the warning to appear

or turn off cpu fan warning

might be to do with the titan boost? idk but look in NVidia control panel

Now it's just that weird clock :-(

I would look in NVidia control panel onscreen display or something like that

what you are getting up is Asus sonic radar

Yes, that's Asus Sonic Radar.

You should be able to disable it in the Realtek HD Audio Manager (assuming you've installed all the correct drivers).

There's quite bit of discussion about is as to whether it counts as a cheat. I think Punkbuster are currently blocking it, but you don't want to run it and get a Steam ban or something like that.

Asus did the same thing a few years ago with "special" graphics card drivers that basically gave you a wall-hack, and they had to back down from that as everyone blocked it as a cheat.
