Now before you all say it, I know thats a **** load of dough, but it does look sexy as hell and I think that's a pretty good spec..

Im thinking of getting rid of my macbook pro and getting something new as I just been made redundant (found a new job already) and got quite a nice payout, so I thought I'd save most of it, and use whats left to buy myself a new toy..

I'd just like to know if anyone knows of a laptop with a similar spec thats cheaper??

Apart from the integrated camera and inclusion of carry bag, aren't the 6920 and 8920 Gemstones a similar spec and a hell of a lot cheaper? Plus the screen is bigger on both models.

You can pick a Dell up with similar spec on an outlet. Seen someone get pretty much exact spec for £600-700

Yes the Dell are cheap. I would prefer the car over the laptop lol.
