Asus Laptop Memory Upgrade

I have an Asus A6727G-LH Notebook with 512mb RAM

I want to upgrade the memory to 1gb, but I don't know if I need a particular kind of memory stick and where to get it from if its not 'normal' RAM like you'd get for a desktop PC.

Any pointing in the right direction would be welcome

goto a memory manuf. website and find what they spec then just buy that.

eg

crucial.com lists all laptops and see what they reccomend youu upgrade to.

Thanks. I've found my laptop listed in the Kingston website. Can I mix Kingston memory with the current stick (a Hynix)
