I am at a lan (currently diff pc) and i am having trouble connecting to the net. Someone has said i need to get some ethernet drivers for my Asus M2N-E SLI mobo, but i cannot find anywhere,
Are you sure all the LAN settings are correct? Can you connect to other PCs and just not the net? If so its probably just windows screwing around with your LAN. Have you tried manually setting the IP, subnet, gateway and DNS?
On a massive Lan network @ multiplay i32. tech ppl have said need ethernet drivers. At home i have a router and just connect the lan cable form that to the comp and it all works fine.
Try downloading latest nforce driver off nvidia, since I believe that board is nforce 500 if my memory serves me correctly. The LAN driver is included in the nforce driver
edit: you may just need to change the gateway and DNS as they may be different to yours at home. Can you access other peoples PCs??
