Asus M4A79 Deluxe and AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 940

hi everyone i want to upgrade my computer with a AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 940 if i get a Asus M4A79 Deluxe motherboard will the AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 940 work on it or do i have to flash the bios

and if i do have to flash the bios can you recommend a good board that i dont have to flash thanks in advance stephen

Hi is the Asus M4N72-E motherboard any good its only 102 pound and does it have an ide port because i have an ide hdd if i get a new hdd i have to buy windows aswell. from stephen
