do u use the water cooling block ? id like 2 have a go at water cooling in say 6 months time but im air cooling now! do i need to do anything eg put a fan on it ?

I've been thinking of watercooling mine for a while even bought a Mountain Mods U2-UFO case but still running on air at the moment as it just seems less hassle.

does the northbridge run cool enough without the water and have u overclocked? aso soz 2 be a pain have u got any pics of how close the cpu cooler is 2 the heatsinks on the mobo ?

Yep mine never seems to go over 50c when gaming or running prime95,my Q6600GO is only clocked to 3.2Ghz and i'm only putting 1.33v through my NB running 8GB of Gskill PC8500 PK.
