Asus Maximus Extreme Flashing?

I have the Asus Maximus Extreme waiting at home to be built, how do I flash the board I have downloaded the BIOS and the flashing utility from asus.com, do I need to use a floppy disk to flash the motherboard or can I burn it to CD-ROM?

the flashing utility is called: AMI BIOS flash utility (version 2.29)

Use EZ flash (ALT + F2)

Put the file on a USB stick formatted fat or fat32, but note here that some keys just don't seem to appear.
I would burn it to a CD and have it loaded just in case you can't see the USB drive.

You don't need a flash utility with EZ flash, so it's a very simple CD to make.
