ASUS Maximus V Formula or Rampage IV Formula?

I'm going to build a new PC next month, purely for gaming. I'll be using 2 card SLI and my trusty Essence STX Sound Card. I'm on air (so no comedy voltage) and just want a nice 24/7 OC without spending weeks setting it up, plus good PCI-E spacing.

I've narrowed it down to two options; the ASUS Maximus V Formula with a 3770k or the Asus Rampage IV Formula with a 3820.

Which would you go for? Both seem good options and the price difference between them is not worth worrying about.
