Asus Maximus VI formula audio problem

Hi Everybody
I have problem with audio on my mb. I think its mb
My realtek software detecting i have all the time headphones pluged in my front panel so i dont have sound in my speakes pluged on to mb.
But when i change from HD Audio (front panel) to ac97 everything is ok except when i plug headphones in front panel my speakes still playing.
Anyone have any idea what is the problem ?

Click realtek console select advance device settings, and then de select the option that says MAKE FRONT AND REAR DEVICES OUTPUT DEVICES playback two different audio streams simutaniously
